No. Your job is to make introductions and start the conversation. We run the AutoAnswer demos and the Private AI strategy calls, build and install everything, and support the client.
AutoAnswer fits businesses that live on the phone: HVAC, roofing, plumbing, home services, clinics. Private AI fits firms that hold sensitive client information: accountants, law firms, financial advisors, insurance agencies, medical and dental practices, real estate and property managers. Many networks include both.
Private AI is a hands-on service: every client gets an on-site server install, security hardening and ongoing management by our team. The percentages are lower, but the tickets are much larger, so a single Essentials client pays its associate $1,650 upfront and $153 a month.
The $2,750 pilot is credited toward setup, so your setup commission is paid when the setup payment clears and is calculated on the full setup fee. Server hardware is passed through to the client at cost plus a sourcing fee and is not commissionable.
Longer than AutoAnswer. Expect 30 to 90 days from first conversation to signed setup, because most firms run the 30-day pilot first. AutoAnswer deals often close in days.
Setup commissions are paid once the client's setup payment clears. Residuals are paid monthly for as long as the client remains active and in good standing.
Setup commissions are subject to a 60-day clawback if a client cancels or receives a refund in that window. Residuals stop when a client's account ends.
